About
Vicki VanArsdale has more cats than hands, and she realizes this may be a problem for some people. But she doesn't care. She'll live through her characters while searching for Mr. Right who has a green thumb and a boat.

She's been writing for a long time but has never had the confidence to be her true self until now. She writes screenplays, essays, and short stories that explore what it means to be human and how we intersect with each other and the world.

While dreaming about being a full-time writer, Vicki worked as a multimedia producer at Bloomberg News, a dog walker and pet sitter, in various marketing communications roles, and as a contractor at the National Institutes of Health.

She has a Master of Science in Health Communication from Boston University and believes public health is important. But so are sunshine, fresh air, organic vegetables, and kindness.

Vicki hasn't won any prestigious awards (yet!), but she excels in backyard bird feeding and beachcombing. She loves animals and wants to open a cat rescue/cafe so she can write full-time and save lives.
